Design
Logo is to be provided in AI (Vector) or EPS format for manufacturing signage. Designs take up to 5 business days depending upon the scope of work. Design changes are limited to 4, and billed at $75 per hour for additional changes. Estimate will be provided after designs are approved.
Permits
Permits vary by city (10-60 days) Fabrication begins on obtaining sign permits. An affidavit is required from the building owner or representative.
Deposit
50% Deposit is due at the time of estimate approval. Balance is due upon completion of job. There is a 3% fee for credit card use.
Miscellaneous
Additional work will be approved by customer through a change order. Interior and exterior access is required for men and equipment. Primary power by others unless otherwise agreed upon.
